Dear Marilyn,

Sorry this letter took so long to take shape; I can’t believe where the time goes – our one month anniversary is coming up on Thursday!

I just wanted to drop you a note and let you know how absolutely delighted we are with the pictures of our wedding. The results were beyond our expectations, to say the least.

Everyone who sees them comments on how beautifully you captured the day, and the emotions of the moments that made up the happiest day of our lives.

When we got to Vancouver, we sent out a short e:mail to a large group of friends and family, with two of the pictures attached. We had lots of great feedback. (and a few comments about the bare feet!!)

Anyway, it was a pleasure meeting you. Thank you for being a witness to the ceremony and for making our day into a beautiful album of memories.

I’ve been meaning to drop you a line since I received your package early last week. Work has been crazy busy, not to mention the party planning. Please let Lance know that the video is fantastic! It was aired at the party and everyone loved it. Initially I had it recorded solely for the purposes of the post-wedding reception, but I’m so glad we had it done as it is something that we will be able to enjoy for years to come, and something that will transport us back to the “big day” complete with the wonderful memories. As for your photos – they are awesome! I played the CD slideshow and received countless compliments. I generally don’t like pictures of myself but I must say that a few of the ones that you took will go down as my all time favorites. I will definitely be ordering some reprints.
